Tóm tắt

Trong những năm qua, dưới tác động của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư, tỉnh Thái Nguyên đã chú trọng phát triển kết cấu hạ tầng đi trước một bước nhằm góp phần vào tăng trưởng và phát triển kinh tế địa phương. Tuy nhiên, hệ thống kết cấu hạ tầng tỉnh Thái Nguyên chưa thực sự đồng bộ, chưa đáp ứng được những nhu cầu ngày càng cao của xã hội... Bài viết đã sử dụng phương pháp thống kê mô tả, phương pháp so sánh để làm rõ tầm quan trọng của kết cấu hạ tầng trong nền kinh tế tỉnh Thái Nguyên, phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng, những kết quả đạt được, những hạn chế của hệ thống kết cấu hạ tầng tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp về huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư, phát triển khoa học công nghệ, phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, hoàn thiện cơ chế, chính sách nhằm phát triển kết cấu hạ tầng tỉnh Thái Nguyên trong bối cảnh cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0.
