Tóm tắt

Nhận thức được vai trò của phát triển giáo dục, nâng cao dân trí, định hướng việc làm, Đảng bộ tỉnh Điện Biên đã có những chủ trương chính sách nhằm tăng cường sự lãnh đạo đối với sự nghiệp giáo dục phổ thông. Từ năm 2015 đến năm 2020, đối với giáo dục phổ thông, Đảng bộ tỉnh Điện Biên lãnh đạo nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục toàn diện theo tinh thần của Nghị quyết số 29-NQ/TW Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng (khóa XI) "về đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo, đáp ứng yêu cầu công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa trong điều kiện kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa và hội nhập quốc tế". Thông qua việc sử dụng phương pháp lịch sử, lôgic, nghiên cứu tài liệu và nghiên cứu thực địa, bài viết nhằm khảo cứu chủ trương và phân tích kết quả phát triển chất lượng giáo dục toàn diện của tỉnh Điện Biên (2015 - 2020). Chất lượng giáo dục toàn diện ở cấp phổ thông của Điện Biên cho thấy sự vận dụng sáng tạo chủ trương của Đảng vào thực tế địa phương là đúng đắn, phù hợp.
