Tóm tắt

Đội ngũ giảng viên khoa học xã hội và nhân văn là lực lượng nòng cốt, giữ vai trò quan trọng, quyết định đến chất lượng đào tạo của các nhà trường quân đội cũng như các hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học của toàn quân. Bài báo này trình bày chủ trương, kết quả và một số kinh nghiệm trong quá trình Đảng bộ Quân đội lãnh đạo xây dựng đội ngũ giảng viên khoa học xã hội và nhân văn trong các nhà trường quân đội (2007-2020). Phương pháp nghiên cứu chủ yếu là phương pháp lịch sử, phương pháp logic, phân tích, đánh giá các tài liệu, báo cáo nhằm làm rõ vấn đề, nội dung nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần làm nổi bật sự đúng đắn, sáng tạo của Đảng bộ Quân đội trong lãnh đạo xây dựng đội ngũ giảng viên khoa học xã hội và nhân văn. Bên cạnh đó, bài viết còn rút ra một số kinh nghiệm nhằm vận dụng vào thực tiễn xây dựng đội ngũ giảng viên khoa học xã hội và nhân văn ở Việt Nam trong những năm tiếp theo. Kết quả nghiên cứu này là cơ sở quan trọng để Đảng bộ Quân đội tiếp tục lãnh đạo xây dựng đội ngũ giảng viên khoa học xã hội và nhân văn đạt kết quả tốt hơn trong thời gian tới.
