Tóm tắt

Một nghiên cứu mô tả kết hợp với nghiên cứu can thiệp được tiến hành nhằm mô tả thực trạng và kết quả can thiệp việc tuân thủ quy trình theo dõi và chăm sóc sản phụ sau mổ lấy thai 6 giờ đầu của điều dưỡng tại khoa Phẫu thuật-Gây mê hồi sức, Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Bắc Giang. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, chỉ có 40% họ tự giới thiệu bản thân và 35% điều dưỡng đạt cả 2 tiêu chí trên. Có 92,0% điều dưỡng đến ngay và xử trí kịp thời khi sản phụ có bất thường, 60,0% điều dưỡng đến ngay khi sản phụ cần trợ giúp, có 62,0% điều dưỡng đạt cả 4 hoạt động theo dõi sản phụ. Tỷ lệ điều dưỡng đạt tất cả các nội dung tư vấn giáo dục sức khỏe chiếm 30%. Tỷ lệ điều dưỡng thực hiện đạt quy trình chăm sóc sản phụ 6 giờ đầu sau mổ lấy thai chiếm 25%. Sau can thiệp, tỷ lệ điều dưỡng đạt các nội dung quy trình chăm sóc sản phụ trong 6 giờ đầu sau phẫu thuật lấy thai tăng lên 77,0% (p <0,001). Biện pháp can thiệp làm cải thiện rõ rệt việc thực hiện quy trình theo dõi và chăm sóc sản phụ sau mổ lấy thai 6 giờ đầu của điều dưỡng tại khoa Phẫu thuật-Gây mê hồi sức.
