Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá tiềm năng du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Bảo Lạc, tỉnh Cao Bằng. Mục đích nghiên cứu gồm đánh giá thực trạng nguồn tài nguyên, hiện trạng phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp, điều kiện kinh tế và xã hội. Phương pháp nghiên cứu gồm thu thập số liệu thứ cấp và sơ cấp. Số liệu thứ cấp được thu thập từ các báo cáo của huyện, các ấn phẩm khoa học công bố trên tạp chí khoa học. Số liệu sơ cấp được thu thập bằng phỏng vấn 35 hộ sản xuất nông nghiệp và 35 du khách. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy huyện Bảo Lạc có tiềm năng phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp với những điểm mạnh như khí hậu trong lành, nguồn lao động địa phương khá dồi dào và có kinh nghiệm sản xuất nông nghiệp truyền thống với hiện đại. Để phát triển du lịch nông nghiệp cần đầu tư hệ thống giao thông, hệ thống nhà cửa, nâng cấp hệ thống vệ sinh, xử lý rác thải, và trang thiết bị hỗ trợ người dân làm du lịch. Giải pháp trước mắt cần tập huấn nâng cao nhận thức cộng đồng trong phát triển các sản phẩm có chất lượng gắn với danh lam và hệ thống cây trồng chủ lực của địa phương.
