Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu: (1) Khảo sát mức độ kiểm soát LDL-C ở bệnh nhân rối loạn lipid máu (RLLM) có sử dụng statin; (2) Đánh giá sự tuân thủ sử dụng thuốc statin, mối liên quan giữa tuân thủ sử dụng thuốc và mức độ kiểm soát LDL-C. Qua khảo sát trên 109 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán RLLM có sử dụng statin được điều trị tại Phòng khám bệnh ngoại trú, Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế cho thấy: Trên 50% bệnh nhân mắc RLLM từ 1-5 năm. Bệnh nhân có nguy cơ tim mạch thấp đến trung bình chiếm ưu thế (45,0%). Có 45,0% bệnh nhân đạt mục tiêu kiểm soát LDL-C. Tuổi tác càng lớn, đạt mục tiêu kiểm soát LDL-C càng giảm (p<0,01). Bệnh nhân đạt được mục tiêu điều trị LDL-C giảm khi nguy cơ tim mạch tăng (p <0,01). Tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị cao, tốt và một phần lần lượt là 49,5%, 48,6% và 1,9%. Bệnh nhân tuân thủ điều trị tốt có mức độ kiểm soát LDL-C cao hơn (p=0,069).
