Tóm tắt

Trong giáo dục hiện đại, việc phát triển học liệu là vấn đề rất quan trọng góp phần thực hiện mục tiêu giáo dục nhà trường. Đặc biệt với công cuộc đổi mới giáo dục ở nước ta hiện nay, vấn đề học liệu càng thực sự thiết yếu khi chương trình thay đổi. Bài báo đề cập đến những nghiên cứu về học liệu, vai trò của học liệu trong giáo dục phổ thông nói chung và trong việc giảng dạy chủ đề Văn học ở nội dung giáo dục địa phương cấp Trung học cơ sở nói riêng ở các tỉnh miền núi phía Bắc của Việt Nam. Qua nghiên cứu, chúng tôi nhận thấy, vấn đề phát triển học liệu có vai trò quan trọng trong việc thực hiện các mục tiêu giáo dục nhà trường, cần thiết được nghiên cứu và tìm hiểu một cách hệ thống. Chính vì vậy, nghiên cứu phát triển học liệu sẽ giúp nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy, đổi mới phương pháp tiếp cận. Trên thế giới, trong khu vực và ở Việt Nam, vấn đề phát triển học liệu đã được quan tâm. Tuy nhiên, vấn đề phát triển học liệu cho chủ đề Văn học trong nội dung giáo dục địa phương cấp Trung học cơ sở ở các tỉnh miền núi phía Bắc thì chưa được quan tâm nghiên cứu nhiều. Vấn đề này cần được quan tâm nghiên cứu trong bối cảnh hiện nay vì nội dung giáo dục địa phương trở thành một trong những môn học bắt buộc ở các cấp học phổ thông.
