Tóm tắt

Khung trình độ của mỗi quốc gia có mục đích thúc đẩy hợp tác giáo dục và việc làm giữa các quốc gia trên cơ sở công nhận văn bằng, chứng chỉ của nhau và khuyến khích học tập suốt đời. Bài viết này phân tích thực trạng thực hiện khung trình độ quốc gia Việt Nam. Nhóm tác giả sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu tài liệu thứ cấp, phương pháp khảo sát thực tế và phương pháp phỏng vấn chuyên gia. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy khung trình độ quốc gia Việt Nam đã giúp triển khai có hiệu quả hệ thống giáo dục quốc dân theo các mục tiêu đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo; đa dạng hóa phương thức đào tạo dựa theo mô hình giáo dục mở. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy triển khai khung trình độ quốc gia Việt Nam trong bối cảnh cuộc Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, giáo dục đại học Việt Nam đứng trước nhiều khó khăn, thách thức để tạo đột phá về chất lượng đào tạo, vươn tầm hội nhập quốc tế. Ngoài ra, bài viết cũng cho thấy mối quan hệ gắn kết chặt chẽ giữa khung trình độ quốc gia với chuẩn đầu ra của các chương trình đào tạo. Từ đó, bài viết đề xuất một số giải pháp thực hiện khung trình độ quốc gia giúp các cơ sở giáo dục đại học đổi mới chương trình đào tạo phù hợp với chuẩn đầu ra, đáp ứng yêu cầu của thị trường lao động và cung cấp nguồn nhân lực cho sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của đất nước.
