Tóm tắt

Mức độ sẵn sàng nghề nghiệp của sinh viên đang trở thành mối quan tâm cấp thiết trong giáo dục đại học, đặc biệt với thị trường lao động năng động của Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu là tổng quan tài liệu có hệ thống các công trình từ năm 2015 đến 2025 về các khung đo lường mức độ sẵn sàng nghề nghiệp của sinh viên đại học. Bài báo tập trung vào ba thành tố chính: kiến thức, kỹ năng và thái độ. Bài báo cũng tổng hợp các phương pháp đánh giá như khảo sát, lấy ý kiến từ nhà tuyển dụng và tiếp cận định tính, đồng thời phân tích độ tin cậy của các công cụ như WRS, CRS, CAAS, CFI-R và Career Education and Development Scale-Tertiary. Mặc dù các công cụ này cho thấy độ tin cậy cao, vẫn còn thiếu sự chuẩn hóa và việc kiểm định còn hạn chế trong bối cảnh Việt Nam. Tổng quan này nhấn mạnh sự cần thiết phải phát triển các công cụ đo lường phù hợp với thực tiễn trong nước, đồng thời khuyến khích áp dụng cách tiếp cận đa phương pháp để phản ánh chính xác hơn kỳ vọng của nhà tuyển dụng và đặc điểm của hệ thống giáo dục Việt Nam. Dựa trên các phát hiện này, bài báo đưa ra các khuyến nghị cho nhà giáo dục, nhà hoạch định chính sách và nhà nghiên cứu nhằm cải thiện chương trình đào tạo và hướng nghiệp, đảm bảo sinh viên sẵn sàng hướng tới một sự nghiệp ổn định và thành công.
