Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang này được thực hiện từ năm 2018 đến 2019 nhằm đánh giá sự khác biệt về tình trạng dinh dưỡng của trẻ mầm non theo khu vực sinh sống, giới tính và nhóm tuổi tại hai quận của Hà Nội (Đông Anh và Hoàn Kiếm) – theo địa giới trước ngày 1/7/2025. Tổng cộng 10.612 trẻ mầm non được đo các chỉ số nhân trắc và phân loại tình trạng dinh dưỡng dựa trên Z-score theo chuẩn của Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới (WHO). Kết quả cho thấy có sự khác biệt đáng kể giữa hai quận về tỷ lệ tình trạng dinh dưỡng (p < 0,0001): tỷ lệ trẻ nhẹ cân và gầy còm ở Đông Anh (6,0% và 4,1%) cao hơn Hoàn Kiếm (5,7% và 3,0%), trong khi thừa cân và béo phì ở Hoàn Kiếm (8,4% và 5,2%) cao hơn Đông Anh (5,3% và 3,0%). Theo giới tính, trẻ nam có tỷ lệ thừa cân/béo phì cao hơn, trong khi trẻ nữ có tỷ lệ thiếu cân cao hơn. Có sự khác biệt đáng kể ở chỉ số WAZ và HAZ giữa các nhóm tuổi ở cả hai quận (p < 0,0001), trong khi chỉ số BAZ và WHZ chỉ thấy khác biệt ở Hoàn Kiếm (p < 0,05). Kết quả này cho thấy cần xây dựng các can thiệp và chính sách dinh dưỡng phù hợp, hướng đến từng nhóm đối tượng và khu vực sống cụ thể nhằm nâng cao sức khỏe trẻ em.
