Tóm tắt

Trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế và chuyển đổi số, yêu cầu nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực trở thành nhiệm vụ chiến lược nhằm thực hiện mục tiêu công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa đất nước. Khu vực Trung du và miền núi phía Bắc với vị trí đặc biệt về kinh tế, xã hội và quốc phòng đang được Đảng và Nhà nước ưu tiên đầu tư phát triển, trong đó giáo dục và đào tạo giữ vai trò then chốt. Nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích thực trạng và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực tại Trường Đại học Kinh tế và Quản trị Kinh doanh – Đại học Thái Nguyên, đáp ứng nhu cầu tuyển dụng của thị trường lao động trong khu vực. Bằng phương pháp thu thập, phân tích, tổng hợp tài liệu, bài viết tiến hành đánh giá toàn diện thực trạng đào tạo và nhu cầu nguồn nhân lực của khu vực. Nghiên cứu khẳng định việc đổi mới nội dung, phương pháp giảng dạy, tăng cường liên kết giữa nhà trường và doanh nghiệp, cũng như đầu tư cho đội ngũ giảng viên và cơ sở vật chất là những giải pháp cấp thiết hình thành đội ngũ nhân lực chất lượng cao, góp phần thực hiện chiến lược phát triển bền vững kinh tế – xã hội của khu vực và đất nước.
