Tóm tắt

Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số sâu rộng, việc phát triển năng lực số, đặc biệt là năng lực nghề nghiệp số cho sinh viên sư phạm – những giáo viên tương lai – trở nên cấp thiết. Bài viết tập trung phân tích các thành tố năng lực nghề nghiệp số theo Thông tư số 02/2025 của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, nhận thức về sự cần thiết và cách thức phát triển năng lực số cho sinh viên sư phạm, trên cơ sở nghiên cứu thực tiễn tại Trường Đại học Sư phạm – Đại học Thái Nguyên. Kết quả cho thấy sinh viên có nhận thức cao về vai trò của năng lực số, tuy nhiên còn tồn tại nhiều hạn chế như: cơ sở vật chất – hạ tầng công nghệ chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu, hoạt động đào tạo chưa gắn kết hiệu quả với mục tiêu phát triển năng lực số. Đồng thời, quá trình phát triển năng lực số chịu ảnh hưởng từ nhiều yếu tố trong môi trường giáo dục đại học số. Từ đó, bài viết đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm định hướng phát triển năng lực nghề nghiệp số phù hợp với bối cảnh hiện nay.
