Tóm tắt


Dạy học phát triển năng lực là xu thế tất yếu trong giai đoạn hiện nay. Một trong những năng lực cần thiết của học sinh trung học đó là năng lực giải quyết vấn đề. Để phát triển năng lực này, học sinh cần có kiến thức, kỹ năng học tập các môn học trong chương trình trung học cơ sở, trong đó có môn Giáo dục công dân. Trong bài viết, tác giả thực hiện nghiên cứu các công trình khoa học trong và ngoài nước về dạy học phát triển năng lực, dạy học phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề. Các phương pháp được sử dụng gồm phương pháp thống kê để lựa chọn các công trình liên quan, phương pháp phân tích để phân tích các quan điểm, đánh giá của các nhà khoa học; phương pháp đánh giá để đưa ra nhận định về những vấn đề đã được nghiên cứu, những vấn đề cần làm sáng tỏ. Trên cơ sở đó, công trình rút ra kết luận về vị tri, vai trò của dạy học phát triển năng lực giải quyết vấn đề trong giai đoạn hiện nay và nêu lên những vấn đề cần nghiên cứu chuyên sâu trong giai đoạn tới.
