Tóm tắt


Ở Việt Nam, việc triển khai nhà vệ sinh khô còn hạn chế, đặc biệt tại các khu vực miền núi cao, thiếu nước và khí hậu lạnh như tỉnh Hà Giang và Quảng Ninh. Nghiên cứu này trình bày quá trình thiết kế, chế tạo và lắp đặt 27 nhà vệ sinh khô VN.N03 sử dụng vật liệu composite cách nhiệt EPS tại các chốt biên phòng bán kiên cố. Mỗi công trình phục vụ 4 - 6 người/ngày, với buồng chứa đơn, có hệ thống tách riêng nước tiểu và phân, kết hợp với cơ cấu trộn thủ công và bổ sung chế phẩm vi sinh Bio.NTK. Chế phẩm Bio.NTK được sản xuất từ xạ khuẩn ưa nhiệt (Streptomyces flavovariabilis XM21, S. griseorubens XM241) và vi khuẩn ưa lạnh (Bacillus subtilis V12, B. amyloliquefaciens HG2), bảo đảm hoạt tính ổn định trong cả điều kiện ấm nóng và lạnh. Kết quả kiểm định chất lượng cho thấy mật độ vi sinh đạt 10⁸ CFU/g sau 12 tháng bảo quản. Sau một năm vận hành, hệ thống VN.N03 hoạt động ổn định, phân hủy chất thải hiệu quả, pH trung tính và giảm mầm bệnh đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu khẳng định tiềm năng kết hợp chế phẩm vi sinh với hệ thống nhà vệ sinh khô nhằm cải thiện vệ sinh môi trường, tiết kiệm nước và mang lại giải pháp quản lý chất thải bền vững cho cộng đồng khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam.
