Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang này được thực hiện trên 500 sinh viên Trường Đại học Yersin Đà Lạt (2023–2024) nhằm đánh giá kiến thức, thái độ và hành vi (KAP) trong sử dụng kháng sinh. Dữ liệu được thu thập qua bảng hỏi 41 câu trên Google Forms, phân tích bằng SPSS 22.0 Kết quả cho thấy 64,2% sinh viên có kiến thức tốt, 25,8% trung bình và 10% kém. Dù phần lớn nắm đúng tác dụng của kháng sinh (92,8%), vẫn còn 44,8% tin rằng kháng sinh điều trị cảm lạnh/ho và 39,4% nhầm với thuốc hạ sốt, giảm đau. Về thái độ, 70,2% đạt mức tốt, 9,4% trung bình và 20,4% kém. Tuy nhiên, 25,6% vẫn đồng ý có thể tự mua kháng sinh không cần đơn. Về hành vi, chỉ 37% đạt mức tốt, trong khi 26,6% kém và 36,4% trung bình. Đáng chú ý, 52,2% mua kháng sinh không đơn, trên 60% dùng cho cảm lạnh/ho, 36,8% từng tự ngưng thuốc sớm, 33,4% chia sẻ thuốc và 36,6% dự trữ sẵn tại nhà. Kết quả cho thấy sinh viên có kiến thức và thái độ tương đối tích cực, nhưng hành vi sử dụng kháng sinh còn nhiều bất cập, tiềm ẩn nguy cơ lạm dụng và gia tăng đề kháng kháng sinh.
