PHÁT TRIỂN BỀN VỮNG NGHỀ LÀM HƯƠNG GẮN VỚI DU LỊCH CỘNG ĐỒNG: TRƯỜNG HỢP NGHIÊN CỨU TẠI LÀNG NGHỀ HƯƠNG PHIA THẮP, TỈNH CAO BẰNG

Phát triển nghề truyền thống gắn với phát triển du lịch là việc kết hợp hai hoạt động kinh tế và văn hóa để tạo ra lợi ích kép, vừa bảo tồn và phát huy giá trị của nghề truyền thống, vừa phát triển du lịch. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm chỉ ra bức tranh tổng thể về thực trạng phát triển nghề làm hương, thực trạng phát triển du lịch, từ đó đề ra các giải pháp nhằm đẩy mạnh phát triển nghề làm hương gắn với phát triển du lịch tại làng nghề hương Phia Thắp, tỉnh Cao Bằng. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện bằng việc thu thập thông tin thứ cấp kết hợp với phỏng vấn bảng hỏi hộ sản xuất, phỏng vấn bảng hỏi khách du lịch, thảo luận nhóm và phỏng vấn sâu. Nghiên cứu đã cho thấy mặc dù có nhiều tiềm năng nhưng nghề làm hương và du lịch tại làng nghề hương Phia Thắp còn nhiều tồn tại, hạn chế như thiếu chủ động nguyên liệu đầu vào, chất lượng sản phẩm chưa cao, du khách đến với làng nghề chưa ổn định, vệ sinh môi trường làng nghề chưa tốt, chưa có đơn vị đầu mối quản lý hoạt động du lịch tại làng, sự liên kết với các doanh nghiệp lữ hành và liên kết giữa các hộ tại làng còn hạn chế... Nghiên cứu đã đề xuất được ba nhóm giải pháp nhằm thúc đẩy phát triển nghề làm hương gắn với phát triển du lịch tại làng nghề hương Phia Thắp.
