Tóm tắt


Trầu không (Piper betle L. hoặc Piper sriboa L.) là loài cây phân bố phổ biến ở khu vực Đông Nam Á, trong đó có Việt Nam, được biết đến là nguồn giàu các hợp chất thứ cấp có hoạt tính sinh học như flavonoid, terpenoid, tannin, alkaloid và saponin. Trong nghiên cứu này, lá trầu không được thu thập tại Sơn Tây (Hà Nội) đã được chiết xuất bằng dung môi methanol và phân tích thành phần hóa học bằng phương pháp sắc ký khí khối phổ (GC-MS). Kết quả cho thấy 26 hợp chất sinh học được xác định, trong đó nhóm phenolic chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (50,36%), tiếp theo là các nhóm acid béo (15,84%), terpene và terpenoid (11,50%), diterpenoid (3,37%), phytosterol và steroid (1,47%) cùng alkaloid (0,79%). Hoạt tính kháng khuẩn của chiết xuất được đánh giá trên vi khuẩn Vibrio parahaemolyticus, tác nhân gây bệnh hoại tử gan tụy cấp tính (AHPND) trên tôm. Kết quả cho thấy chiết xuất methanol từ lá trầu không thể hiện khả năng ức chế vi khuẩn phụ thuộc nồng độ, với đường kính vòng kháng khuẩn từ 11,24 ± 0,83 mm đến 27,38 ± 0,36 mm ở nồng độ 40 - 500 ppm.
