Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu này nhằm mô tả một số đặc điểm lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng ở bệnh nhân thai ngoài tử cung được phẫu thuật nội soi tại Bệnh viện A Thái Nguyên. Từ 5/2024 đến 6/2025 chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang kết hợp vừa tiến cứu vừa hồi cứu trên 118 bệnh nhân chửa ngoài tử cung thu được kết quả như sau: Triệu chứng đau bụng chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất 87,3% và là nguyên nhân khiến bệnh nhân nhập viện, triệu chứng sốc mất máu khi nhập viện chiếm 5,9%. Khám lâm sàng có triệu chứng phản ứng thành bụng chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất 72%. Bệnh nhân có kết quả định lượng βhCG 1500 – 5000 mUI/ml chiếm tỷ lệ 59,3%. Có 72,9% các trường hợp siêu âm có hình ảnh khối âm vang hỗn hợp cạnh tử cung. Kích thước khối thai càng lớn có liên quan đến nồng độ β-hCG càng cao, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê với p <0,05.
