Tóm tắt


Trí tuệ nhân tạo đang được sử dụng ngày càng phổ biến trong dạy và học ở các trường đại học trên thế giới. Tuy nhiên, các nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng còn nhiều thách thức trong sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo ở trường đại học. Do đó, nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích tìm hiểu những thách thức chính trong sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo ở các trường đại học ở Việt Nam. Tác giả sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu tài liệu thứ cấp và phương pháp phỏng vấn chuyên gia. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có 6 nhóm thách thức chủ yếu liên quan đến tính chính trực và gian lận học thuật, sự phụ thuộc và giảm năng lực tư duy, bất bình đẳng kỹ thuật số, thông tin sai lệch, đạo đức và thể chế trí tuệ nhân tạo, thiết kế và đánh giá các công cụ trí tuệ nhân tạo. Từ đó, bài viết đưa ra một số giải pháp thúc đẩy giáo dục số và tích hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo để đổi mới mô hình giảng dạy, đảm bảo trí tuệ nhân tạo được sử dụng hiệu quả và có đạo đức trong trường đại học.
