Tóm tắt


Nghiên cứu này đánh giá ảnh hưởng của thời vụ ghép và tuổi gốc ghép đến sự thành công của phương pháp nhân giống vô tính bằng ghép nêm ở cây Mắc mật. Hai thí nghiệm được bố trí theo kiểu khối ngẫu nhiên hoàn chỉnh với ba lần lặp lại. Thời vụ ghép cho thấy tác động đáng kể đến quá trình hình thành mô tiếp hợp và sự phát triển của chồi sau ghép. Ghép vào vụ Xuân (tháng 2) và vụ Thu (tháng 8) cho tỷ lệ cây đạt tiêu chuẩn xuất vườn tương ứng (76,67%) và (77,78 %) cao hơn rõ rệt và sinh trưởng chồi tốt hơn so với ghép vụ Hè. Tuổi gốc ghép cũng ảnh hưởng mạnh đến hiệu quả ghép; các gốc ghép 9 – 15 tháng tuổi cung cấp trạng thái sinh lý tối ưu cho quá trình hình thành mô sẹo và tái lập hệ mạch. Trong đó, gốc ghép 12 tháng và 15 tháng đạt tỷ lệ cây đạt tiêu chuẩn xuất vườn cao nhất (81,11% và 76,67%). Các kết quả thu được nhấn mạnh rằng việc lựa chọn thời vụ thích hợp kết hợp với gốc ghép ở giai đoạn sinh lý tối ưu là yếu tố quyết định thành công của kỹ thuật ghép. Nghiên cứu cung cấp bằng chứng thực nghiệm quan trọng nhằm hoàn thiện quy trình nhân giống và đảm bảo nguồn giống chất lượng phục vụ phát triển và bảo tồn bền vững cây Mắc mật.
