Tóm tắt


Bằng phương pháp hóa học xanh, đã tổng hợp thành công các nano ZnO và ZnO@EYPL:(0-7)%Ce, từ dịch chiết lá non đu đủ đực (EYPL). Đặc trưng tính chất tốt của hệ vật liệu được đánh giá thông qua giản đồ XRD, FT-IR, PL, UV-Vis-Drs, đã khẳng định vật liệu ZnO và ZnO@EYPL:(0-7)%Ce kết tinh dạng nanomet, chứa các nhóm liên kết Zn-O-Zn, O-Zn-O, -OH, -C-C-, -C-O, -C=O,... do dịch chiết EYPL đã hoạt hóa bề mặt, giúp tăng cường hoạt tính của vật liệu. Vật liệu ZnO và ZnO@EYPL:(0-7)%Ce có năng lượng vùng cấm trong khoảng 3,08–2,78 eV và khả năng phát xạ rộng trong vùng khả kiến, thể hiện sự phân tách tốt cặp e-/h+. Các nano ZnO và ZnO@EYPL:(0-7)%Ce có khả năng xử lý phenol đỏ (PR) với hiệu suất phân hủy đạt 62,59–96,33% trong 210 phút chiếu sáng khả kiến. Sự có mặt của dịch chiết EYPL và ion Ce4+ đã hoạt hóa và nâng cao khả năng quang xúc tác phân hủy chất màu PR của nano ZnO@EYPL:(0-7)%Ce cao gấp 1,27–3,47 lần so với nano ZnO. Các nano ZnO@EYPL:(0-7)%Ce có thời gian sống phát quang dài từ 0,142-0,235 ms, triển vọng ứng dụng làm xúc tác quang thân thiện môi trường, xử lý hiệu quả chất hữu cơ đặc hiệu gây ô nhiễm nguồn nước.
