Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá kiến thức, thái độ về hiến ghép mô, bộ phận cơ thể người của sinh viên cử nhân điều dưỡng chính quy Trường Đại học Y Dược - Đại học Thái Nguyên. Thiết kế nghiên cứu cắt ngang được tiến hành trên 606 sinh viên cử nhân Điều dưỡng hệ chính quy của Trường Đại học Y – Dược – Đại học Thái Nguyên nhằm đánh giá kiến thức và thái độ của sinh viên về hiến, ghép mô và bộ phận cơ thể người. Kết quả cho thấy: độ tuổi trung bình của đối tượng là 19, chủ yếu là sinh viên năm 2 (48,67%). Đa số đối tượng có kiến thức cơ bản về hiến, ghép mô, bộ phận cơ thể người. Thận được xác định là tạng được ghép thành công đầu tiên và cũng là tạng được ghép phổ biến nhất ở Việt Nam. Gần như tất cả đối tượng nghiên cứu (99,2%) biết rằng việc hiến tạng được pháp luật Việt Nam cho phép. Nguồn tạng chủ yếu đến từ người hiến chết não. Mặc dù 63,2% đối tượng sẵn sàng đăng ký hiến tạng, chỉ có 10,2% cho biết đã có thẻ hiến tạng.
