Tóm tắt


Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được tiến hành nhằm xác định tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp và mối liên quan giữa tăng huyết áp với một số chỉ số nhân trắc học ở 692 học sinh tiểu học (391 nam, 301 nữ), độ tuổi từ 6–10, tại trường tiểu học Thanh Miếu, tỉnh Phú Thọ. Huyết áp được phân loại theo phương pháp bách phân vị, sử dụng các giá trị tham chiếu đặc hiệu theo tuổi và giới được xây dựng từ chính quần thể nghiên cứu. Tăng huyết áp được xác định khi huyết áp tâm thu và/hoặc tâm trương ≥ bách phân vị thứ 90. Các chỉ số nhân trắc học bao gồm: chiều cao, cân nặng, BMI, và các Z-score: BMI theo tuổi (BAZ), chiều cao theo tuổi (HAZ), cân nặng theo tuổi (WAZ) và cân nặng theo chiều cao (WHZ). Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ tăng huyết áp chung là 5,1% (35/692). Tỷ lệ này ở nam (5,6%) cao hơn so với nữ (4,3%). Phân tích tương quan Spearman cho thấy mối tương quan thuận yếu nhưng có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa BAZ và huyết áp tâm thu (ρ = 0,184; p = 0,028). Tuy nhiên, không ghi nhận sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa về các chỉ số nhân trắc học giữa nhóm học sinh có huyết áp bình thường và nhóm tăng huyết áp. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 5,1% học sinh tiểu học trong quần thể nghiên cứu có tình trạng tăng huyết áp, trong đó BAZ là chỉ số có mối liên quan mạnh nhất (dù mức độ yếu) với huyết áp tâm thu so với các chỉ số nhân trắc khác.
