Tóm tắt


Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện để đánh giá sơ bộ thành phần flavonoid và hoạt tính sinh học của cao chiết giàu flavonoid từ lá Ngưu bàng (Arctium lappa L.). Hàm lượng flavonoid tổng số trong cao chiết giàu flavonoid từ lá Ngưu bàng được xác định ở mức 490,167 ± 15,136 mg RE/g cao chiết. Các thử nghiệm in vitro cho thấy cao chiết giàu flavonoid của lá Ngưu bàng có khả năng bắt giữ gốc tự do DPPH và ABTS+ với giá trị IC50 lần lượt là 335,8 μg/ml và 334,3 μg/ml. Nghiên cứu cũng đánh giá khả năng ức chế enzym xanthine oxidase (XO) in ­vitro của cao chiết giàu flavonoid lá Ngưu bàng ­thông qua đo độ hấp thụ của axit uric sản sinh ra. Kết quả cho thấy cao chiết ở nồng độ 300 µg/mL có khả năng làm giảm hoạt động của enzym XO. Những kết quả này bước đầu cung cấp bằng chứng khoa học cho thấy tiềm năng của các hợp chất flavonoid có trong lá Ngưu bàng trong việc chống oxy hóa và phòng ngừa hoặc hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh Gout.
