Tóm tắt


An ninh lương thực đang là vấn đề toàn cầu và việc sử dụng phân bón ngày càng tăng là điều tất yếu khi diện tích đất nông nghiệp giảm.Ure là loại phân bón được sử dụng nhiều nhất để cung cấp nguyên tố dinh dưỡng đa lượng nitơ cho cây trồng. Tuy nhiên có đến 40-70% lượng nitơ bón cho cây trồng bị thất thoát ra môi trường. Do đó, việc phát triển phân bón giải phóng chậm là rất cần thiết để nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng chất dinh dưỡng và giảm tác động đến môi trường. Trong nghiên cứu này, một loại vật liệu tổ hợp được tổng hợp theo phương pháp cơ hóa từ các tiền chất là ure, bentonit và cacboxymetyl xenlulozơ. Các kết quả phân tích phổ hồng ngoại, nhiễu xạ tia X, hình thái học bề mặt, phổ tán sắc năng lượng cho thấy quá trình cơ hóa giúp các phân tử ure, cacboxymetyl xenlulozơ xâm nhập vào bentonit và tương tác với nhau làm bền cấu trúc vật liệu tổ hợp. Vật liệu tổ hợp ure-bentonit khi được gia cường bằng cacboxymetyl xenlulozơ cho tốc độ nhả chất dinh dưỡng giảm đáng kể so với ure thông thường. Mẫu tổ hợp ure : bentonit : cacboxymetyl xenlulozơ tạo ra với tỉ lệ khối lượng 80:20:0,4 cho độ bền tốt nhất, nhả khoảng 48,24% nitow sau 42 ngày ngâm trong đất (ở 25 oC). Những kết quả này chứng minh tiềm năng của vật liệu tổ hợp giá rẻ, thân thiện với môi trường như một loại phân bón giải phóng chậm hiệu quả cho nền nông nghiệp bền vững.
