Tóm tắt

Giáo dục phổ thông có vai trò quan trọng trong việc nâng cao dân trí và định hướng phát triển nguồn nhân lực. Bài viết thực hiện nhằm đánh giá kết quả triển khai Nghị quyết số 29-NQ/TW của Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng khóa XI về đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo tại tỉnh Thái Nguyên trong giai đoạn 2013–2023. Nghiên cứu sử dụng các phương pháp phân tích, tổng hợp, thống kê, so sánh và xử lý số liệu; kết hợp khai thác các văn bản của Đảng, Nhà nước, Tỉnh uỷ Thái Nguyên cùng các báo cáo tổng kết về công tác giáo dục phổ thông trong giai đoạn nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy việc triển khai Nghị quyết số 29-NQ/TW đã tạo ra những chuyển biến tích cực trong sự nghiệp giáo dục phổ thông của tỉnh: chất lượng giáo dục được cải thiện; cơ sở vật chất từng bước được đầu tư; đội ngũ giáo viên được nâng cao về trình độ chuyên môn; công tác xã hội hoá giáo dục được đẩy mạnh. Nghiên cứu khẳng định việc thực hiện Nghị quyết số 29-NQ/TW đã góp phần tạo cơ sở thực tiễn quan trọng cho việc xây dựng các chính sách phát triển giáo dục phổ thông của tỉnh Thái Nguyên trong giai đoạn tiếp theo.
