TỐI ƯU HÓA ĐIỀU KIỆN ĐIỀU CHẾ HỆ NANOLIPOSOME CHỨA SILIBININ NHẰM NÂNG CAO HIỆU SUẤT ĐÓNG GÓI VÀ ĐỘ ỔN ĐỊNH

Nghiên cứu này nhằm tối ưu hóa điều kiện tổng hợp hệ nanoliposome chứa silibinin (Lip-Sil) nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất đóng gói và độ ổn định của hệ. Các phương pháp điều chế nanoliposome, bao gồm hydrate hóa màng lipid và phương pháp nhỏ giọt, đã được khảo sát, cùng với các yếu tố ảnh hưởng như thể tích pha nước và việc bổ sung dầu, cholesterol. Hiệu suất đóng gói được xác định bằng phương pháp UV-Vis sau lọc màng. Ngoài ra, hình thái của hệ Lip-Sil cũng được xác định bằng ảnh chụp dưới kính hiển vi điện tử truyền qua (TEM). Ở điều kiện tối ưu (tỉ lệ Sil:dầu:Chol:PL = 1:02:02:08), hệ Lip-Sil đạt kích thước tiểu phân trung bình 91,17 ± 0,76 nm, chỉ số phân tán (PDI) 0,23 ± 0,02 và hiệu suất đóng gói đạt 56,28 ± 2,5%, tăng 1,8 lần so với hệ không bổ sung dầu và cholesterol. Việc bổ sung các thành phần này góp phần cải thiện độ bền cấu trúc và điều hòa quá trình phóng thích silibinin. Kết quả cho thấy hệ Lip-Sil tối ưu có tiềm năng ứng dụng trong phát triển hệ dẫn truyền Silibinin dùng đường uống hoặc tiêm.
