Tóm tắt


Hàm lượng và sự phân bố của Ag trong toàn bộ sản phẩm thải của 10 lò đốt (Bụi min, tro bay và tro đáy) thuộc các tỉnh ở miền Bắc Việt Nam, với 2 loại nguyên liệu rác (rác sinh hoạt, và rác công nghiệp) đã được phân tích để đánh giá tiềm năng tái chế và thu hồi. Hàm lượng trung bình Ag trong PM10 là 6,85 µg/Nm3, tro bay (FA) là 13,9 mg/kg, tro đáy (BA) là 24,7 mg/kg. Tỷ lệ phân bố của Ag trong tro thải theo thứ tự BA (19 - 98%) > FA (2 - 81%) > PM10 (0 – 53%). Nghiên cứu cũng đã đánh giá lượng thải hàng năm để đưa ra mô hình dự đoán tiềm năng kinh tế cho việc thu hồi kim loại quý từ tro thải. Kết quả phân tích cả tro bay và tro đáy đều có tiềm năng lợi nhuận kinh tế phù hợp cho đầu tư nếu lựa chọn phương pháp thu hồi hiệu quả. Nghiên cứu góp phần cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu cho việc lựa chọn công nghệ thu hồi kim loại quý từ tro thải, đầu tư công suất quy mô lò đốt. Từ đó có thể tiết kiệm và giảm thiểu gánh nặng do khai thác nguồn tài nguyên khoáng sản truyền thống.
