Tóm tắt
Mô tả một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của trẻ sơ sinh non tháng điều trị tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Thái Nguyên. Nghiên cứu mô tả, cắt ngang trên 162 trẻ sơ sinh có tuổi thai <37 tuần, từ 7/2019 - 6/2020. Kết quả cho thấy, trẻ trai 48,1%, trẻ gái 51,9%, tỷ lệ nam/nữ:1/1; có 78,4% trẻ tuổi thai 32 -<37 tuần, 21,6% tuổi thai < 32 tuần; có 93,8% trẻ suy hô hấp (62,9% suy hô hấp độ II, 21,0% suy hô hấp độ III, 9,9% suy hô hấp độ I); 100% trẻ sơ sinh cực kỳ non tháng hạ thân nhiệt, 56,0% trẻ sơ sinh rất non tháng hạ thân nhiệt, 16,5% trẻ non tháng hạ thân nhiệt (p<0,05); tỷ lệ glucose trung bình 3,03±3,39, 100% trẻ sơ sinh non tháng cực kỳ nhẹ cân hạ glucose máu; 74,2% trẻ non rất nhẹ cân hạ glucose máu, 50% trẻ đẻ non có hạ glucose máu (p< 0,05); tỷ lệ Albumin trung bình 31,4±3,67, 100% trẻ non tháng cực kỳ nhẹ cân đều hạ albumin máu. Trọng lượng khi sinh càng tăng thì tỷ lệ hạ albumin càng giảm (p<0,05). Cần chú ý các trẻ có tuổi thai càng nhỏ thì tỷ lệ hạ thân nhiệt càng cao, tình trạng suy hô hấp, các chỉ số glucose máu và albumin máu của trẻ sơ sinh non tháng biến đổi nhiều để có hướng điều trị kịp thời nhằm hạn chế tỷ lệ tử vong ở trẻ đẻ non.
