Bồi dưỡng giáo viên Giáo dục công dân về phương pháp kiểm tra, đánh giá học sinh theo hướng phát triển phẩm chất, năng lực là một trong những yêu cầu căn bản để hiện thực hóa Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông mới 2018. Nội dung Giáo dục kinh tế được bổ sung nhiều kiến thức mới nên tổ chức dạy học nói chung, kiểm tra, đánh giá kết quả học tập của học sinh theo hướng phát triển phẩm chất, năng lực nói riêng đặt ra nhiều thách thức. Trên cơ sở kết hợp các phương pháp nghiên cứu lí luận, thăm dò ý kiến giáo viên bằng bảng hỏi, thống kê toán học và xử lí số liệu khảo sát, bài viết tập trung làm sáng tỏ những vấn đề căn bản cần bồi dưỡng cho giáo viên Giáo dục công dân ở các trường trung học phổ thông về năng lực sử dụng, thiết kế một số công cụ kiểm tra, đánh giá học sinh theo hướng phát triển phẩm chất, năng lực.
