Tóm tắt


Thuê ngoài logistics đang trở thành xu thế của hoạt động logistics của các doanh nghiệp, đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh nông sản tại Việt Nam. Mục đích của bài báo này là phân tích các yếu tố tác động đến quyết định thuê ngoài dịch vụ logistics. Nghiên cứu này trình bày phương pháp tiếp cận chỉ số mờ tích hợp bao gồm mô hình cấu trúc diễn dịch mờ (FISM), phép nhân ma trận tác động chéo mờ cho phân loại nhóm yếu tố (FMICMAC) để xác định tầm quan trọng thực sự của các yếu tố. Kết quả cho thấy 14 yếu tố có tác động lớn nhất đến quyết định thuê ngoài dịch vụ logistics trong khu vực đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long.
