Tóm tắt
Kinh nghiệm y học bản địa là nét văn hóa của đồng bào các dân tộc thiểu số, đóng góp quan trọng vào việc chăm sóc và bảo vệ sức khỏe của đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đã tiến hành điều tra, phân loại các loài thảo dược cũng như bài thuốc được cộng đồng các dân tộc ở tỉnh Thái Nguyên sử dụng đề điều trị các bệnh liên quan tới thận. Kết quả thu được cho thấy, có tổng cộng 157 loài thực vật thuộc 126 chi, 71 họ của 5 ngành thực vật bậc cao có mạch có công dụng làm thuốc chữa bệnh về thận, trong đó tập trung chủ yếu ở các họ Rubiaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Poaceae, Fabaceae, Moraceae và các chi Ficus, Alocasia, Morinda, Pandanus, Rubus. Nghiên cứu này cũng điều tra và thống kê được 20 bài thuốc của cộng đồng các dân tộc tại tỉnh Thái Nguyên được sử dụng để chữa các bệnh liên quan tới thận như suy thận, viêm cầu thận, phù thận và một số bệnh thận khác. Kết quả của nghiên cứu cung cấp dữ liệu phục vụ cho bảo tồn tính đa dạng của các loài cây thuốc cũng như bảo tồn kinh nghiệm quý báu của đồng bào dân tộc trong điều trị bệnh.
