Tóm tắt

Bài viết trình bày kết quả đánh giá thử nghiệm bước đầu về sự phù hợp nghề dạy học đối với gần 1.000 sinh viên sư phạm của một số trường sư phạm trong cả nước. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy mức độ phù hợp nghề của nhiều sinh viên sư phạm rất thấp, khả năng thích ứng nghề nghiệp của sinh viên sau khi ra trường còn nhiều hạn chế. Do đó, thang đo sự phù hợp nghề có thể giúp sinh viên tự đánh giá và đánh giá lẫn nhau, qua đó xây dựng kế hoạch tự điều chỉnh, tự bồi dưỡng năng lực, phẩm chất cá nhân trong suốt quá trình đào tạo ở trường sư phạm để hướng tới sự phù hợp nghề dạy học ở mức độ cao hơn. Nghiên cứu này cũng chỉ ra một số giải pháp đổi mới chương trình đào tạo giáo viên theo hướng nâng cao sự phù hợp nghề dạy học cho sinh viên sư phạm.
