Đảng cầm quyền nói chung, Đảng cầm quyền xây dựng đạo đức cách mạng nói riêng là vấn đề hệ trọng, xuyên suốt mọi thời kỳ, nhân tố góp phần quyết định sự thành bại của cách mạng Việt Nam. Vậy, Đảng cầm quyền xây dựng đạo đức cách mạng là gì? Phương thức Đảng cầm quyền xây dựng đạo đức cách mạng thời kỳ mới như thế nào? Trên cơ sở phương pháp luận của chủ nghĩa Mác - Lênin kết hợp phân tích, tổng hợp, điều tra khảo sát, tổng kết thực tiễn, bài viết tập trung giới thiệu một số công trình nghiên cứu có liên quan, làm rõ những vấn đề về lý luận cơ bản, thực trạng Đảng cầm quyền xây dựng đạo đức cách mạng thời gian qua, từ đó đề xuất một số phương thức Đảng cầm quyền xây dựng đạo đức cách mạng thời kỳ mới. Đây là vấn đề cấp thiết, có ý nghĩa lý luận, thực tiễn sâu sắc, cần được nghiên cứu làm rõ.
