Tóm tắt

Bài báo đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống của 88 bệnh nhân thoái hóa cột sống điều trị ngoại trú tại bệnh viện Đa khoa quốc tế Vinmec Times City năm 2021. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang. Thang điểm EQ-5D-5L được dùng để đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống và chỉ số Barthel được dùng để mô tả mức độ độc lập trong sinh hoạt. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ đối tượng có thể độc lập trong sinh hoạt tăng từ 40,9% (trước điều trị) lên 100% sau điều trị. Chất lượng cuộc sống của đối tượng nghiên cứu trước điều trị chỉ đạt 0,59 ± 0,101 điểm đã tăng lên 0,97 ± 0,054 điểm sau điều trị, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (p<0,001). Kết luận: Chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân thoái hóa cột sống ngoại trú tại bệnh viện Đa khoa quốc tế Vinmec Times City có sự thay đổi tích cực sau điều trị. Sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê với p<0,05.
