Bài báo giới thiệu về ba trụ cột của Chuyển đổi số là Chính quyền số, Kinh tế số và Xã hội số. Bài báo sử dụng phương pháp phân tích thống kê để đưa ra những nghiên cứu về khái niệm, tính cấp thiết của 3 trụ cột Chuyển đổi số; từ đó phân tích thực trạng Chuyển đổi số tại tỉnh Hà Giang. Sau gần một năm triển khai thỏa thuận hợp tác, mặc dù dịch bệnh Covid-19 diễn biến phức tạp, Ban chỉ đạo, Ban điều hành, Tổ công tác của Hà Giang và Tập đoàn FPT đã tích cực phối hợp, làm việc, trao đổi trực tuyến, thực hiện khảo sát, đánh giá thực trạng chuyển đổi số của Hà Giang. Chuyển đổi số là một nỗ lực toàn diện nhằm điều chỉnh các quy trình cốt lõi và dịch vụ chính phủ vượt lên trên những nỗ lực số hóa truyền thống. Chuyển đổi số phát triển cùng với một quá trình chuyển đổi liên tục các thông tin tương tự sang kỹ thuật số cho toàn bộ chính sách, những quy trình hiện tại, nhu cầu của người dùng dẫn đến việc sửa đổi hoàn chỉnh những thứ hiện có và tạo ra những dịch vụ kỹ thuật số mới. Kết quả đầu ra của những nỗ lực chuyển đổi số tập trung vào thỏa mãn nhu cầu người dùng, những cách thức mới trong cung cấp dịch vụ, mở rộng cơ sở người sử dụng dịch vụ.
