Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá thực trạng phát triển đội ngũ giáo viên tổ chức các hoạt động trải nghiệm hướng nghiệp ở các trường trung học phổ thông thành phố Cao Lãnh, tỉnh Đồng Tháp. Để thực hiện nghiên cứu này, tác giả đã tiến hành khảo sát 180 cán bộ quản lý, giáo viên với thang đo Likert 4 mức độ, kết quả được xử lý bằng ứng dụng SPSS 20.0 để tính giá trị trung bình, độ lệch chuẩn. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, một bức tranh thực trạng còn nhiều bất cập, từ việc quy hoạch, tổ chức lựa chọn, sử dụng, đào tạo bồi dưỡng, kiểm tra đánh giá, đến việc tạo động lực cho đội ngũ giáo viên. Kết quả nghiên cứu này sẽ cung cấp thông tin quan trọng nhằm giúp các nhà quản lý thực hiện việc quy hoạch, tổ chức đào tạo bồi dưỡng, kiểm tra đánh giá, tạo động lực cho đội ngũ giáo viên tổ chức các hoạt động trải nghiệm hướng nghiệp để đạt được mục tiêu theo chương trình giáo dục phổ thông mới đề ra.
