Tóm tắt

Chương trình Mỗi xã một sản phẩm (OCOP) tỉnh Tuyên Quang sau 4 năm triển khai thực hiện đã đạt được những thành tựu đáng kể, hiện nay tỉnh đang xếp thứ 4 trong khu vực miền núi phía Bắc. Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá khái quát những thành tựu đã đạt được của Chương trình OCOP giai đoạn 2019-2022, rút ra những tồn tại và nguyên nhân, chỉ ra được những bài học kinh nghiệm trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện Chương trình OCOP tại Tuyên Quang. Cùng với việc phân tích các số liệu thứ cấp, nghiên cứu đã khảo sát 3 nhóm đối tượng trực tiếp tham gia triển khai Chương trình là: cán bộ quản lý Chương trình, các chuyên gia tư vấn và các chủ thể sản phẩm OCOP. Nội dung khảo sát về sự hài lòng của các đối tượng về một số nội dung hoạt động chủ yếu của Chương trình. Nghiên cứu đã khái quát được thực trạng triển khai thực hiện Chương trình OCOP, đánh giá những thành tựu đạt được, chỉ ra các hạn chế và bài học kinh nghiệm trong triển khai Chương trình OCOP, từ đó đề xuất được 8 nhóm khuyến nghị giải pháp nhằm phát triển Chương trình OCOP trên địa bàn tỉnh Tuyên Quang trong thời gian tới.
