Bài viết trả lời cho câu hỏi: Thực hiện tự chủ trong giáo dục mầm non tại tỉnh Thái Bình ở mức độ nào? Có thể thấy tự chủ trong giáo dục mầm non là một trong những xu hướng phát triển trong giai đoạn hiện nay. Chính phủ đã có chính sách khuyến khích các cơ sở giáo dục từng bước tự chủ về chuyên môn, tự chủ về nhân sự, tự chủ về tài sản và tài chính nhằm đưa thị trường giáo dục mầm non Việt Nam liên tục tăng trưởng, đáp ứng được nhu cầu chất lượng cao về giáo dục mầm non của các bậc phụ huynh, giảm bớt tình trạng quá tải trong các cơ sở giáo dục mầm non công lập. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu lý luận, đọc và nghiên cứu các văn bản pháp quy; phân tích các tài liệu về quản lý và tự chủ; phương pháp tổng hợp, thống kê, so sánh. Bài báo tập trung vào một số nội dung chính sau: Tổng quan về quản trị, tự chủ và tự chịu trách nhiệm trong nhà trường; phân tích việc thực hiện tự chủ trong quản trị cơ sở giáo dục mầm non trên địa bàn tỉnh Thái Bình. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số khuyến nghị về đổi mới công tác quản trị cơ sở giáo dục mầm non tại tỉnh Thái Bình trong giai đoạn hiện nay.
