Tóm tắt

Đây là công trình nghiên cứu khoa học hơn 30 năm về những lỗi của Hệ thống Giáo dục Việt Nam trong việc tổ chức, điều hành. Lỗi hệ thống này kéo dài, khó khắc phục làm cho Giáo dục Việt Nam bị thụt lùi, trì trệ. Để thực hiện nghiên cứu này các tác giả phải thực hiện nhiều cuộc khảo sát không chính thức trên các đối tượng là học sinh, phụ huynh, giáo viên, hiệu trưởng, lãnh đạo ngành giáo dục, lãnh đạo chính quyền địa phương và tổng hợp ý kiến trên các phương tiện truyền thông và báo chí. Công trình nghiên cứu đưa ra một số giải pháp cho việc sửa lỗi sai như việc tổ chức bộ máy điều hành, tuyển dụng giáo viên có chất lượng, thay đổi chương trình học và thi hiệu quả hơn. Một giải pháp hữu hiệu cho Giáo dục Việt Nam là xây dựng Trường học điện tử sẽ giải quyết toàn bộ những tồn tại, trì trệ và cả sự thiếu hụt ngân sách đầu tư giáo dục cho những vùng khó khăn. Khi có dịch bệnh, thiên tai xảy ra hệ thống trường lớp vẫn hoạt động bình thường. Công trình khoa học này áp dụng cho tất cả các nước trên thế giới về việc đầu tư có hiệu quả cho giáo dục, mở ra một nền giáo dục toàn cầu khi Trường học điện tử trở nên phổ biến trên thế giới.
