Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện để đánh giá các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả hoạt động hợp tác xã nông nghiệp tỉnh Thái Nguyên, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động cho các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Nghiên cứu đã thực hiện điều tra phỏng vấn 358 hợp tác xã nông nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra một số vấn đề còn tồn tại của các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp như xuất phát điểm thành lập hợp tác xã nông nghiệp ảnh hưởng đến các hoạt động chung, diện tích đất sử dụng, vốn vay chủ yếu là từ thành viên hợp tác xã. Các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp đa ngành hoạt động có hiệu quả hơn các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp đơn ngành. Kết quả phân tích hồi quy các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả hoạt động của hợp tác xã nông nghiệp cho thấy điểm xuất phát thành lập hợp tác xã, hình thức hoạt động, phạm vi hoạt động, trình độ chuyên môn của Giám đốc, và nguồn vốn góp của thành viên có ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả hoạt động của hợp tác xã nông nghiệp. Do đó, nghiên cứu đã đưa ra một số các giải pháp cần thiết trong thời gian tới để phát triển hợp tác xã nông nghiệp ở địa phương.
