REALITY THE PROPAGANDA TAX POLICY DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION BAC NINH PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the status of the propaganda policy of tax law in the province of Bac Ninh period 2012-2015, which set out the practical measures to promote the dissemination policy in the tax law coming period. The study comes two survey form on this work for taxpayers and tax authorities. The survey results showed: Propaganda not go into depth capture, and classification problems and frequent errors of the target group on tax policy, tax administration procedures, directing and guiding the implementation of tax department tax propaganda was not close, qualified staff tax propagation is limited in both quantity and quality.
