ASSESS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CRITERIAL OF NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION ON LAC DAO COMMUNE, VAN LAM DISTRICT, HUNG YEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The study aims to analyse the results of implementation of the new rural construction in Lac Dao commune. The data were gathered from 50 households and from local office. The research result showed that before the implementation of the Renewing Rural Areas, Lac Dao community only achived 7/19 criterias. After 3 year of implementaion, it has achived 12/19 criterias, and has not achived 7 criterias (transportation, irrigation, cultural facilities, income,labor structure, health, environment). The citizens were quite satisfied with the result of the implementation of Renewing Rural Areas (mean is 3,54). In order to accelerate the implementation, these solutions need to be apply: propaganda promotion; infrastructure development; production development; multi- components economic; advanced training of human resources; Renewing Rural Areas associated with natural resources protection.
