FACTORS AFFECTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF FEMALE MANAGERS AT UNIVERSITIES FROM GENDER EQUALITY PERSPECTIVE

Abstract


This paper refers to the factors affecting the development of female managers at universities from gender equality perspective, including (1) objective factors: the social requirements, mechanism, policies and culture; (2) subjective factors: perception of female managers about the roles and responsibilities of female managers for the cause of higher education innovation, quality and capacity of female managers, and the advantages and disadvantages of female staff in management.
