SELECTING THE OPTIONAL PHYSICAL EDUCATION SUBJECTS FOR STUDENTS AT THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

With the adoption of normal scientific research method, the study has successfully evaluated the current physical education programs at Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration. Simultaneously, the study has made some suggestions for the selection of physical education based on students’ preference, which allows students to choose the most suitable subjects to their ability, needs, and strength in order to improve their physical health and general studying result.
