STATUS OF LAND MANAGEMENT AT AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY FARMS IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Currently, Thai Nguyen province has 10 agricultural forestry farms with a total area allocated to nearly 90 thousand hectares, in which farm land accounted for 6407.68 hectares and forest land is 77596.1 hectares, in which the area is certificated of land use rights is low, less than 50% of total area. The status of land management in agriculture and forestry farms is still violated, including a number of irregularities, namely ultra vires allocation, inefficient land use, violating finance of land use management. These violations are due to having no clear legal framework for the management of land at agricultural and forest farms in innovation period. Therefore, there is a need to definitely settle the conflict between the people and the agricultural forestry farms. There should have solutions concerning the inefficient land use of the area. There should be a certification for people if they are deemed as eligible under the provisions of law.
