Abstract

Registration and issuance of land use right certificates have a special position in the land management process of the state, ensuring management consistency, but also ensuring the rights and obligations of users. Registration and issuance of land use right certificates in Nhu Thanh district The results of registration for the first time of issuance of certificates were 13846 certificates of residential land use rights with a total area of 15569 ha; The results of registration changes at state agencies from 2016 to 2018 are as follows: in 2016, the total registration changes 7210 records; in 2017 there were 3090 records; In 2018 there were 5276 records of land change registration. Analysis of factors affecting the registration and issuance of paper can divide the elements into 2 groups of influencing factors. Since then, we have introduced solutions to improve the effectiveness of registration and issuance of LURC certificates.
