REAL SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS TO BUILD A CLEAN, STRONG PARTY CELL UNDER HO CHI MINH THOUGHT AT VIETNAM DANCE ACADEMY

The basic Party cell is a core organization that plays an extremely important role in the organizational system of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general and in state agencies and units in our country in particular, including Vietnam Dance Academy. By analyzing, synthesizing, and comparing research methods, this paper will outline the basic views of Ho Chi Minh on the position, role, tasks, content of the cell's activities. Based on the mentioned theory, the advantages and limitations of the Party cell's activities at Vietnam Academy of Dance today are analyzed and evaluated. Since then, the solutions are proposed to make the Academy's party cell increasingly clean and strong. This work is a specific study, a reference for Party cells when building and developing more and more clean and strong Party cells and it can help researchers get some useful information for learning in depth about Party building work.
