SITUATION OF DISEASE EXAMINATION ACTIVITIES IN TRANG DINH MEDICAL CENTER, LANG SON PROVINCE

The objective of this study is to describe the real situation of disease examination activities of Trang Dinh Medical Center, Lang Son province in 2016, 2017, 2018. The research applied the descriptive method, and the cross-sectional research design. The results of the research show that the annual rate of using hospital beds has always been above the level prescribed by the Ministry of Health (70%), patients are promptly disease examined and less waited to see at the center. The technical numbers performed by the route are still low, the highest number being surgical techniques, obstetrics, infectious diseases...; The lowest is microbiology (14.3%). The rate using hospital beds over 100%; the average number of days of treatment for patients is 5.5 days. The number of times of medical examination at commune health centers of Trang Dinh district has increased over the years. The average number of examinations one person per year in Trang Dinh district from 1.09 to 1.21 times per year.
