Abstract

The identification the barriers to the liberation of creativity and the enthusiasm of university lecturers has been posed as a strategic solution to promote higher education that Vietnam has to pay great attention to. The paper focuses on clarifying the limitations of creativity and enthusiasm for the career of Vietnamese university lecturers; This requires the release of creative and enthusiastic capacity of this team; the barriers of thinking, mechanism, policy, quality assurance before the need to release creative capacity as well as the enthusiasm of Vietnam university lecturer in the current context.
